At Johnson Orthodontics our goal is to maximize your insurance benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. If you have any questions regarding your insurance benefits, please don't hesitate to call our office at (719) 596-3081 to review your concerns.
Dental Insurance
We are a provider on many insurance plans. If you have would like us to check
your orthodontic coverage, please call and give us your insurance
provider, your ID number and the phone number of the insurance company.
Each insurance policy has different coverage's and even though you may
have used your lifetime maximum in prior treatment you may have
additional discounts negotiated by the insurance company.
FeesOur fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.
Fees are determined by the difficulty of the orthodontic treatment and
may vary from patient to patient.
We offer no obligation, complimentary examinations
where we will determine appropriate treatment options. At your
complimentary exam we will estimate the treatment time cost. If you provide us with your insurance
information in advance we can also estimate the amount your dental
insurance should pay.
We are sensitive to the fact that different people
have different needs in fulfilling their financial obligations and as a
result, we provide several payment options for your convenience.
Payment Options
Cash, Check or Credit Card:
We are happy to offer a courtesy discount for all
treatment that is paid in full with cash, check, or credit card prior to
the onset of treatment. We accept payment by MasterCard, VISA or
Discover.
Automatic Preauthorized Bank Draft
With your authorization, your monthly payment will be
wired directly from your account electronically.
Automatic Preauthorized Credit Card Payment
With your authorization, your credit card is
automatically charged for the amount of your
monthly payment based on your financial agreement.
Other
